Popular Nigerian disc jockey and TikTok influencer, Ademola Abiodun, better known as DJ Chicken, was reportedly involved in a serious car accident in Sagamu, Ogun State, on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
Viral videos from the scene showed the entertainer sitting on the ground with a bruised and swollen face as bystanders surrounded him. He appeared shaken and was dressed in just a white singlet and underwear, with traces of blood around his mouth. In some of the clips, he was seen being slapped and punched by a mob that had gathered after the crash.
The damaged remains of his vehicle were visible in the footage, alongside a motorcycle believed to belong to another victim of the accident. A man who was also injured in the collision could be seen sitting nearby in pain.
The incident sparked mixed reactions online. While some social media users pointed to DJ Chicken’s history of controversial behaviour, others voiced concern about his wellbeing, speculating that substance use might be contributing to his erratic actions.

This latest episode adds to a string of road-related controversies linked to the entertainer. Just weeks earlier, reports surfaced of another crash in Sagamu, during which DJ Chicken allegedly fled the scene, leaving an associate to be arrested.
A similar incident occurred in February 2024, when he was captured on video being beaten by a group of men who accused him of a hit-and-run. In that footage, he pleaded for mercy as a voice off-camera claimed he had knocked someone down with his car.
As of press time, DJ Chicken has not issued a statement regarding the most recent accident, and no official report has been released by the authorities.
