Nigerian comedian and former Big Brother Naija housemate Aderombi Adedayo Martin, popularly known as Deeone, has announced plans to attempt the Guinness World Record for the longest stand-up comedy performance.

The reality TV star, known for his quick wit and energetic stage presence, revealed in an Instagram video that he will perform for 40 hours straight from October 2–4, 2025, at Pallazo Lagos, Opebi, Ikeja. He shared the news with a humorous flier designed like a traditional burial poster, a nod to his signature comic style. Support has poured in from celebrities including Josh2funny, Teddy A, and Tonto Dikeh, alongside excited reactions from fans.

Deeone’s attempt comes just days before another BBNaija alumna, Natasha Akide (Tacha), embarks on her own Guinness World Record challenge. Tacha plans to host a three-day beauty festival from October 10–12, 2025, at the John Randle Centre for Yorùbá Culture & History, aiming for the record of most makeovers in 24 hours.
