Selena Gomez and music producer Benny Blanco have officially tied the knot in a romantic California wedding. The 33-year-old singer and actress shared stunning photos on Instagram, where she appeared radiant in a sleeveless, high-neck white gown while Blanco, 37, looked sharp in a classic dark tuxedo. Her post, captioned simply with the date “9.27.25” surrounded by heart emojis, set social media abuzz. Blanco sweetly responded to the post, calling Gomez “my wife in real life.”
The couple exchanged vows on Saturday in Santa Barbara before about 170 guests. Among the star-studded attendees were Taylor Swift, Paul Rudd, and Gomez’s Only Murders in the Building co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short, according to Vogue.
Gomez and Blanco announced their engagement in December 2024 after a year of dating. Their romance blossomed after years of friendship and musical collaboration. Earlier this year, they released a joint album, I Said I Love You First, which chronicles their love story. Their creative partnership dates back to hits like “Same Old Love,” “Kill Em with Kindness,” and the 2019 track “I Can’t Get Enough” with Tainy and J Balvin.
Before her thriving music career, Gomez rose to fame on Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place and recently starred in the film Emilia Perez. Blanco, a Grammy-winning producer, is known for crafting hits for Katy Perry, Britney Spears, and Kesha, and released his solo album Friends Keep Secrets in 2018.
