Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla Ojo, has tied the knot with her Tanzanian lover, Juma Mkambala, popularly known as Juma Jux. The traditional wedding took place on Friday in Tanzania, the groom’s home country, marking the first of four planned wedding celebrations.
The joyous occasion brought together friends and families from Nigeria and Tanzania, with Iyabo Ojo expressing gratitude and excitement on Instagram. “JP2025. God, we give you all the glory. One done and dusted, 4 to go. Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Mkambala,” she wrote. Priscilla also announced her new name, “Hadiza Mkambala,” in a heartfelt Instagram post.
The wedding has sparked excitement among Nigerian celebrities, who took to social media to congratulate the couple. Actress Mercy Aigbe wrote, “My Baby is Taken @its.priscy. Congratulations my love.” Actress Toyin Abraham commented, “My Prisykoko,” while Bimbo Afolayan gushed, “I love seeing people in love. Your home is blessed, dear Priscilla.” Nkechi Blessing added, “This is the Lord’s doing, and it’s marvelous in our sight.”

Other celebrities, including Funke Akindele, Omowunmi Dada, Mide Martins, Fathia Williams, Destiny Etiko, and comedian Woli Agba, joined in celebrating the couple. Veteran actor Adebayo Salami also sent his blessings.
Jux’s Nigerian fan base has embraced the union, especially since the singer has shown appreciation for Nigerian culture, as seen in his hit song Ololufe Mi, which has gained popularity on YouTube.
