On July 13, 2025, a new star was born as 25-year-old Anu Agosa, popularly known as Purp, emerged winner of Nigerian Idol Season 10 after months of captivating performances and fan-fueled competition. Her victory followed a thrilling finale that saw her go head-to-head with fellow finalist Raymu, in a night filled with powerful vocals, emotional moments, and celebrity appearances.

Following her win, Purp and runner-up Raymu paid a courtesy visit to Rite Foods Limited, makers of Bigi drinks, a major sponsor of the show. She expressed gratitude for their continued support of the platform, which has empowered many young talents across Nigeria. “This platform has changed my life,” she said.
